My printer will print from a copy but when I try and print a document from my iPhone it won't and tells me I'm out of paper

Hi,

Do you print a document or photo?

 

From which app?

 

Have you tried printing with HP AIO Remote? be sure to set the required paper type and tray, I assume you experience issues as you try printing using the Photo Tray and not the main tray..
