Product: Hp photosmart 6510 all in one
Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

Why it won't print in black but ok in colours? Have put 2 new black cartridges but still an issue .tried uninstall and reinstall and still the same problem! Help as don't want to buy new printer.  The technicians not interested to visit my home to solve problem!!  Have aligned and clean print heads but made no difference

Hummmm, I see nowhere where you said you followed the HP troubleshooting procedures on the web site.

 

Anywho....

Search for more if needed.  If no joy your printer is toast.
