Won't print in color from Windows desktop - don't see anywhere to switch it to color from b&w

How do I change my deskjet to print in color?  I'm just attempting to print a simple color photo.  I even put the photo in Paint instead of Word hoping that would help.

This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you are unable to print in color. I would like to help you resolve this issue. 

• Check estimated ink levels, and then replace any low or empty cartridges.
• Use an automated tool to clean the printhead.
• Allow the printer to rest.
• Check the print settings.
