@denman1

A very warm welcome to the HP community. A very good day to you.

I understand that you have an HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer and it is unable to print a PDF file and a message appears on the printer screen as "printing report." Other PDF files print fine. I'll do my best to help you.

I would like to know the following information to assist you better:

  • What operating system version are you using?
  • Are you trying to print using Adobe Reader?

If the printer is able to print other PDF and non-PDF files then it should not be an issue with the printer or the drivers. If you have any other printer available then please try printing that particular PDF file and check if it prints. You may also refer to this HP document which provides steps to fix printing issues in Adobe.

I sincerely hope this fixes the issue. Feel free to let me know the results. Cheers!
