My new HP Page Wide Pro MFP 477dw won't complete shut down, blue icon circle is froze. Initially I pressed and released shut down button, reentered room an hour later, dashboard shows a frozen blue circle icon not spinning, with the words shutting down underneath icon. According to manual there are not alternative ways to shut down printer, can't shut down surge protector or disconnect from power source receptacle. HELP!

Hi Bob7011,
I have pasted a Link below. A "Shutting down" message displays on the printer control panel, but the printer never shuts down. The printer remains stuck on this screen. To resolve this issue, disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer, and then reconnect it again. There are no alternates.
Hope this helps..
Regards
Arick
