Envy 5660 all all inn one

NEW PRINTER, PAPER COMES OUT WITH A ONE INCH WRINKLE ACROSS THE PAGE ON EVERY PAGE 4 INCHES FROM THE END !!!!  UGLY NO HELP FROM HP.  RETURN SEEMS ONLY ANSWER.

I understand that you are unable to print properly from your HP ENVY 5660 e-All-in-One Printer as the page gets wrinkled while printing.

 

This issue could be with the paper feed rollers or the paper guides may not be adjusted properly.

 

Let's go through a few steps to resolve this issue.

 

Please follow Step 5 and Step 6 in the link to clean the paper feed rollers and check if they can be moved manually: http://hp.care/2lTaAwj

Let us know the operating system installed on the computer.

Also, let us know if it printed the test page fine.
