Hi there,
I recently bought ink cartidges from CVS and when I got home, I began replacing the used ink cartridges with the new ones. After a few minutes of trying to get the new ink cartridges in, a piece of the ink holder cracked off. Confused, I looked at the ink cartidges, and noticed they were "32 & 33" ink cartidges when the box said it was supposed to be "74 & 75" cartidges. The new cartidges I had bought had been put into the wrong box, ultimately breaking my printer. I let CVS know so they can check the rest of the boxes to make sure they aren't all wrongly boxed. I called CVS and they said they would refund me the amount for the cartidges, but said to contact HP about my now broken printer. Can I recieve some type of compensation for this please?
Please let me know, thank you!
Sarah

Hi,
I highly suggest contacting CVS, those are not HP Cartridges.
I would say it possible for a manufacture to wrongly box a product of his own, not a product of another manufacture from another factory...
As you shown in your picture the included cartridges are not even HP's...

Hi,
HP and Lexmark are TWO differrent companies. They may sub-contract to a same company to produce inks BUT definitely not from a same factory line.
Please return it to where you bought.
Regards.

These are the cartridges that came in the HP box, so this is an HP problem. CVS has nothing to do with the packaging. I understand the cartridges belong to a different company, but this is what came in the box, so something must be wrong with HP's manufacturing. Who can I contact regarding this issue?

Hi,
Can you please tell which country of origin is listed on the HP cartridges box?
Is it Ireland or a different country?
