Product: HP DesignJet Z6810 42-in Production Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We have a large Z6810 plotter where the initial Red cartridge 774A ran out.  Every new Red cartridge we put in 773A (gets a faulty cartridge error) or 771A (Wrong Cartridge) error.  We've updated the firmware, unplugged, retried all the cartridges. We're basically dead in the water because of this one cartridge.
