adding 11x17 paper size to printer option

i need to print all documents on a 11 x 17 paper and the largest option is 11 x14 how can i add 11 x 17

If the paper size is not available in your forms list, you can likely add it using a Custom Paper Size form.

Caveats:  The new paper size form may not print print Duplex though the ADF and there may be other incompatibilities that depend on your setup, including Media type (kind of paper).

If available, the Custom forms setup is available:

Control Panel > icon view > Devices and Printers > Left-Click on your Printer one time to highlight >

 Left-Click Print Server properties

•  Creating Custom Paper Sizes

Create your Custom Size paper from a similar standard template in your forms list of the same type of Media and similar size.  For example, when creating a custom form to print on photo paper, use a standard form of that type to create the custom paper size form.

Thanks for using the HP Forums.  Apologies for jumping in here.

Can you download and install the FULL feature printer software from HP for your operating system:

The following resource will help you :

http://123.hp.com/us/en/

Key in your printer model, Operating System and download & install the FULL feature software.

Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.

The 11 x 17 (Tabloid)  paper size should be there as well (no need to do a custom print size)
