I contacted the HP support and they told me that they can't do anything about it, and i should contact the iphone support.
since it is only happening from the iphone.
and if i contact the iphone support they will told me that this is an issue from HP since I can pint from through other printers.
and in the meantime i'm still not able to use my printer.

Hi! @Rawad1, Thanks for the reply.
As per the compatibility guide, your printer is not compatible with air print option. But can try few steps mentioned below and check if it works.
Make sure that the AirPrint-enabled printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the iOS device. Note that Wi-Fi printers may take several minutes to join a Wi-Fi network.
AirPrint cannot be used on cellular networks
Make sure Airplane mode is OFF
Check that your printer has not turned off wireless
If it is turned OFF, press the wireless button on the printer to get it running again.
Turn your iOS device off and back on again. Turn your printer off and back on again.
Turn off BOTH your router AND your modem, wait 30 seconds, and turn back ON
Turn off Bluetooth and try printing.
Make sure that your iPad / iPod / iPhone is running the latest version of iOS and your printer has the latest firmware version installed.
Make sure that AirPrint is enabled in your printer settings. Check your printer’s manual for this.
Change the Internet Printing Protocols (IPP) setting from Off to On to make the printer findable via AirPrint.
The IPP (Internet Printing Protocol) is usually found under the printer’s Advanced Settings sub-menu
When turning devices off, try to remove the wi-fi router and printer from its power source and wait for 30 seconds. Then plug it in and try again.

The printing problem you describe above could describe an issue I am having right now, exactly, from your description of what happens, to the fact that I am using an iPhone, and an HP printer that supports AirPrint and works fine for nearly every other attachment except this word doc. Opens with content showing correctly, but turns blank in print preview, and prints a blank page. Were you ever able to find a fix? Thank you very much.
