Product: mfp746dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I get an service error 79 all the time for the last 3-4 month. There are no jobs waiting. Some times I can make it work but more and more frequent this error message shows.

 

Most of the time the sreen goes white

 

Hope for a solution soon - I love this printer

Hi,

HI assume you refer to the HP Lasejet MFP M476dw?

 

IS the printer connectewd with a USB, wirelessly or with an Ethernet cable?

 

How many PCs have the printer connected?

 

If you use an ethernet connection, is there any change once unplugging the ethernet cable from the printer and restarting it?

Yes its a 476 - its linked wireless to 2 pcs.
