Product: hp officejet pro x576dw
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard and older

The printer is connected to the internet using ethernet cable. When I click on the screen(of printer) and click on the apps feature. It keeps saying connecting to www.hpeprintcenter.com. Than it continues like this for the next 2 minutes. Than the next erros message says the following:

No connection

The printer could not connect to the server. Check the internet connection. If required. enter a proxy address. 

 

But it is connected because I'm able to print from my computer and my tablet. Please Help!!!
