I just bought the HP Sprout and the Dremel 3D40 3d printer. When I try to install the Autodesk Print Studio on the Sprout, it says it can't install on the Sprout. Does anyone know what program I can use to send 3D models to the 3Dprinter?

I don´t have any knowledge about sprout, but if it is Windows based computer you should be able to install autodesk software on it. Which Windows version do you have? Here is short tutorial with FAQ and Help section for print studio:

Do you get any error during the installation?

Did you restart the computer, try to reinstall it, downloading it on the right one Win 64-bit Win 32-bit  I think Sprout is 32-bit or shutdown+shift method to reset your computer.
