Product: Designjet 430

I can't find HP 40 (black)  ink cartridges available any more.  It is for use in my Designjet 420 plotter.  Are there any sources I am missing?  Is there a proper substitute?  Refilling didn't work.

I usually buy the HP 40 cartridges on eBay for my Designjet 650c.  The shelf life is long, but for some of the cartridges I have had to soak them nozzles down in hot water for ten minutes or so to get them started.
