This error sometimes happens because of a faulty toner cartridge. If you have another toner even if empty, try it to see if you get the same error or if you have another known good toner try it. You could also try to remove and reseat the toner to see if that helps.

Thanks for this response.
Is That the reason for my printer to print the whole paper in black color?
but now I don't have any toner cartridge. it requires me to purchase an other one.
but I want to ask if some new printers come with bad toner cartridge. is it possible while they are new?
And how may I know if a toner cartridge is good or bad so that I may not spend money for bad toner cartridge?
Thanks again for your help.

Wish I could give you a firm answer but I can not. Most cartridges are good but sometimes there is a bad one. It is possible there could be a hardware issue with the printer. I am just giving you some advice from what I have seen over the years. If the printer is new it should have a warranty from hp so I would call hp customer care in your area for service.

now I have purchased 2 toner cartridges and insert them in printer one by one, but it is still the same. printer keeps printing black pages. and the message BEAM DETECT ERROR is still there, even the jam light is flashing in yellow.
now I wonder if I may take it back to the shop I purchased it or not.
Is there a skype link for support?
please help!!
thanks

First off I do not know why you would purchase 2 toner cartridges. I told you it could be the toner and if you purchased a replacement and that did not work, then as I also said it could be a hardware issue. You also say the printer is new, so return it or find an authorized hp support provider at your location and bring the printer in for service.
