black cartridge (new) not printing

I installed a new black cartridge in the regular way.  The black ink is not coming through.  Pring black pages.

Are you using genuine HP Ink?

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on our own?

Whenever you replace a cartridge, the printer should print an alignment page. Did the printer print an alignment page? Click here.
