i can get to the screen that asks me for the serial number of my printer (i purchased a printer and it came with a free download), activation code, and email address. However, when i click continue it says i am putting in the wrong activation code. i tried multiple times using just the number and even the hyphen. please let me know what i am doing wrong. thank you!!
