I understand everyone's frustration, believe me we're frustrated with it trying to support the issue also. They have apparently discovered the root cause of the issue but I'm not sure when it will be resolved. Like I stated before, some people are able to get through by retrying but others cannot. I sincerely apologize and will continue to keep you updated as much as I can.
Although I work for HP, my posts and replies are my own opinion and not those of HP.

Great! That's 3 down. I know several of you are still experiencing problems and I'm still going to keep you posted. Thank you so much for your patience I know this is very frustrating.

No - it will not ever work. HP have no interest in restoring service to its many customers, and clearly from the time this has taken to solve - with no solution yet - do not consider it to be a high priority.
Given their recent issues with tablet PC's, is it any wonder?
All you have is a printer - you can forget about eprint - it's not going to happen in my opinion.
You would think the least they could do would be alert people via the website - but then people wouldn't buy their printers that don't even do what they are supposed to!

Still not working for me. Going on day 5. I've tried using the Google DNS server as my primary DNS as well with no luck. I'm very disappointed and needless to say I won't be recommending HP products of any kind to anyone. As a sys admin I'm often asked for equipment recommendations. Sadly HP will not be one of them.
