HP 2050 printer

trying to clean the print heads on my HP 2050. when I bring the printer up in windows there is no "printer actions" or "maintenance tasks" so how do I solve this.... all I have is ......Set preference....   see what's printing.... customise your printer.... none of these options get me closer to clean print head....

This issue could have occurred because the option is clean cartridge and not clean printhead.

when I click the windows icon  (bottom far  left of my screen)   I get... most used... and.... at a glance.... all programs.... is nowhere to be seen....

 

Operating system is windows 10

I understand that the issue still persists after following the steps provided in the previous interaction.

 

This issue could occur if the latest drivers are not installed.

 

Please follow the links to uninstall and reinstall the drivers for Windows 10.

 

1. Uninstalling the Printer Software (Windows)

 

2. Full Feature Software and Driver

It's not working.... so I've just changed the colour cartridge and that seems to have worked... thanks anyway..
