can't copy full A4 size

Hello everyone,

                  I brought a new hp printer DeskJet ink advantage 1515.If I print and scanning from computer it's perfect, but  I copy  A4 size directly from the printer , bottom  side near to 1 inch  not copying and I notice copying time the scanner assembly move  near  to  "LTR" mark on the scanning glass. I am planning to update the firmware but I couldn’t find it on hp website

I hope there is solution. Help me on this.

Hello,Thanks for replay.I try print and scan doctor but still the problem is there. Actually I am getting problem in copying time only. This 1515 all in one printer can't copy a whole A4 size paper .in bottom side some arias are missing. But full A4 size aria can scan and print with this printer no problem. So what cause the problem? If any hardware problem, how can print and scan perfectly? Please help

  I have a problem with copy, when i make scan in software on pc it's can scan full A4 Paper, But when i make copy on engine it can't full A4. The Laser scan run only LTR. ( Hp laserjet M1132MFP)

I see 61 page, but it's wrong. because i have a problem no in software, i have problem with engine hp on copy button, when I press a copy button the laser scan runing only LTR paper not Full A4. same pictures the i sent to you.
