i'm trying from 3 days, but always the same error:
AppEcbError: ECB request failed: Error: code='900' description='[SF_ERR_202]:System exception: com.snapfish.user.UserException: no dbnode info for website 2000064 cobrand hpcinkit'
What can i do to? I cant use ePrint if i cant register on hp web services!

I have called the number of hp support and they tell me that there is a problem with the server, so i have to try to set the country of the site and the language in spanish and it looks okey.
So to subscribe the hp web service account,
The procedure is:
Go on the eprint center site,
Set the country and the language in spanish,
Create an account and insert the code from the printer,
Reimpost your language how do you prefer.
That's it, thanks to all for the help! Bye!

Welcome to the HP Support Forums. I see that you are getting an error when trying to set up web services on your HP printer.
To better assist you, would you please provide some further information?
- What model and product number of HP printer do you have? How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number?
- How is the printer connected (USB cable, ethernet, or wireless)? Please note that not all HP printers support all methods of connectivity.
- What operating system are you using on your computer? whatsmyos.com
- Are you getting the error message on the printer or your computer?
- Do you already have a Snapfish account? If yes, please try logging in with your Snapfish username and password.

- i try with win7 and osx yosemite
-the error massage is on computer from the website where i should register: https://h30495.www3.hp.com/user_create?next=%2F
-i dont need snapfish but i just need to register on hp web services.

Thank you for answering my questions so quickly. It is very appreciated!
Based on the error you posted, I suspect that at some point the email address you are using to register at HP Connected has had a Snapfish account created with it. If you don’t remember or are unaware of when the account was created you can always contact Snapfish to have the account deleted. I have included the link for contacting Snapfish Customer Support.

Se printer. I try with PC (Windows xp) internet explorer, with iPad Air ios 7 Chrome Firefox and Android come Firefox without resoults.
I've contacted snapfish customer support But my email in Not present in System.
Can you help me?

Hi @burns80,
Thank you for letting me know the outcome. I appreciate it.
Please try signing up without checking the box for the Snapfish. I also recommend not checking the other box as well to get you signed up. You can always change that option in the settings once you have your ePrintCenter account. I have included a screen shot with the two boxes highlighted that I suggest you leave unchecked to create the account.
Please let me know if you are able to create the account.

Oh heavens sake!!!
I have the same problem of andreacosta86, but I can't solve it! I don't have a snapfish account... I tried in every way, but the error is always the same:

How do I fix? Without the ePrint Service is like not to have the printer! My model is photosmart 7520.

Thank you everyone for taking the time to post. After doing some more research, to avoid the error message please create an account at Snapfish.com. Once you have created the account you can then log into HP’s ePrintCenter using your Snapfish credentials.
If you would prefer to discuss this with a live agent, please call HP’s Cloud Services at 1-855-785-2777 if you live in the USA/Canada region. If you live outside the USA/Canada region please click here to find the Technical Support number for your country/region.
