Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)

I'm able to download the printer update page, it shows my printer but it won't let me check the box to start the update.

Refreshing doesn't help. I have Windows firewall OFF. It does show status: up to date -- if that means anything....

that's where i got it from, that exact page. I wonder if because I un-installed  then re-installed the printer software that it automatically put in the nwest firmware version....
