HP Recommended

Our company was running a security scan and find out that some HP printers have FTP anonymous enable by default.  We have to disable it as it is a security concern to us.  We went to the Http web admin to disable the "FTP Printing" function, but two of the HP printers are still responding to the FTP request through the Windows Command Prompt.   (Noted: we have some other HP printers which  FTP anonymous login were disabled after disabling the "FTP Printing", only the following two models are having issue.)

The two printers which got this issue are:

1)  -HP Color LaserJet CP4020 Printers

-Model Number: J8011E

-Firmware version: V.43.82

2)  -HP LaserJet P4015

-Model Number: J8003E

-Firmware Version: V.36.42

I have tried upgrade the CP4020 firmware and disable the FTP printing, but no luck.

I also try disable it through "Telnet Admin", but it is same result.

I need to find a way to disable the FTP response on these two printers.
