Product: DeskJet 1010
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Dear Sir,

 

I have HP deskjet 1010, and unable to install the driver on my computer. At the last step of installation, I have to connect USB cable between printer and my computer, once it is inserted. It keeps disconnecting and reconnecting sound on USB port which I am sure that it is plugged securely even though I have tried on different port on my computer. But the result appeared the same.

Please help me on this matter, and also I need Ubuntu 10.12 driver, please send it to me and teach me how to install it. Thank you.

I understand that your HP Deskjet 1010 Printer does not get detected after connecting the USB cable during the software installation process.
