hp officejet 7612
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

cannot print on 11x19 paper using hp7612 on hp windows 10 laptop/no option for that paper size and no "custom size" option. "super B" and "tabloid" amoung sizes not listed when I go to print with Word/Adobe

No, the process did nothing. In the preferences it shows the sizes I need to use, but once you go to print a document there are far fewer "paper sizes" listed as available in the print dialog box. 11x17 and 13x19 are not shown but both normal paper sizes for this printer. Any other suggestions?

The only other suggestion is to re-install the HP driver for the 7612.
