cannot dump printer quene

HP Recommended
All in ONe C7280

cannot dump printer quene by simply "cancelling" the printing. item willing go away and nothing else will print. Grrrr! It's been "deleting for a week now.  How to I get rid of it?  I've rebooted the All in One and the computer.

  • When was the last time the printer was working fine?
  • What is the operating system you are using?
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?
