Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my printer hwill not let me scan to e-mail.  I get a message that says "problem connecting to server...ERROR 1.   This does not make sense as i can connect to both wireless or usb with no problems

Hi,

 

It does make sense because connecting to internet and connecting to HP servers (to send email) is two different things.  Please download and install the following firmware for your printer then try again

 

        http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/ps6520/PS6520_R1606A.exe

i downloaded as  instructed and tried to scan to e-mail but it still did not work

i downloaded ps6520_r1606A.exe   but then I got a message that firewall vlocked some of the content of the download so I checked the box to allow the download but scan to e-mail still isn"t working
