Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

every time I try to send a fax i get a busy signal and I know the site is good and open. Fax comingfax failed. Documentation says fax sent. Pages sent=0

This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you are unable to send or receive fax from HP Officejet 8610 printer. I would like to help you resolve this issue. 

  • Print a fax test report.
  • Check the fax connections.
  • Configure the fax for sending and receiving.
  • Change the Rings to Answer setting to the lowest setting.
  • Temporarily remove any other devices from the telephone line, and then reset the printer.
  • Reset the printer.
