Product: hp stream notebook

Hi, I am unable to upload files such as word documents online. My documents will not upload to sites such as my college site and CV sites. I have only recently started using my laptop for this purpose so im unsure when the problem started. Perhaps my settings are wrong?

Thanks for reaching out to HP Support Forums 🙂

 

Going through your post, it looks like an application issue rather than an issue with your HP machine. I would suggest you try and upload the documents using a different web-browser.

For eg., if you are trying to upload the files using the Internet explorer, try uploading the files via Google chrome or Mozilla firefox and vice versa.

 

That should do the trick!
