please i am in africa and ask my anty to bought me cartriage with number 564 to use for printer 4620 and is not accepting

Welcome to HP Support Forums. 🙂 I came across your post and would like to help.

 

I understand that you have an  HP Officejet 4620 e-All-in-One Printer and have installed the HP 564 cartridge and the printer does not accept it. I read that you're in Africa.

 

To provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details: 

  • Was the printer purchased in Africa or some other country? If some other country then please name it.

Meanwhile, I did some research and found the below cartridge compatibility list based on the region you're in:

 

 

This list indicates that the HP 564 is for the North America and the Asia-Pacific regions. For Africa, you need to use the HP 178 numbered cartridge.
