Product: HP DeskJet 3637

I bought a new printer with new inks, loaded them, and printer shows that there is no black ink. Why is this and what to do?

Does it say the cartridge is not installed, or that it is empty?

 

In the first case, try removing and reinstalling the cartridge. If that doesn't work and no one else replies here, call HP.

 

In the second case, you probably have a defective cartridge. Again if no one else replies here, call HP.
