Product: HP Envy 5660
I have changed the ink cartridges and I keep getting a message to remove and reinstall the indicated in cartridge making sure it is correctly installed. I have done this several times, watched video to make sure I did it right. They both clicked into place with no problem. Don't know what I'm doing wrong. Printer won't alighn manually or any way and can't print anything. I don't understand what the problem with the ink cartridges are.

Hello vickitole,
I'd suggest you to do the following..
- While the printer is ON, remove both the ink cartridges.
- Power Off the printer, wait for 30 seconds and then Power ON the printer.
- When printer promts you to install ink cartridges, install the TRI-COLOR cartridge only, and close the cover.
- Check if the error persits, if yes then issue could be with the TRI -COLOR cartridge.
- If NO, then the printer may display "Single Cartridge Mode" and you may continue.
- Now remove the Tri-Color Cartridge and install only the BLACK cartridge.
- Check if the error persits, if yes then issue could be with the BLACK cartridge.
- If NO, then the printer may display "Single Cartridge Mode" and you may continue.
- If issue still persists, click HERE to access steps that should resolve this issue.
