changed ink crartridge and now black wont print. i can print in grayscale or color. Is it the new cartridge or do I need to clean the print head and how do I do it?

Hello,

 

I see that you're having an issue with the print quality. This issue could very well be a faulty ink cartridge. I would suggest following this document first.
