Deskjet 2540
Microsoft Windows 8 (32-bit)

I followed the instructions for deleting  a document  from que of a Deskjet 2540 but at C:\\windows\system32\spool   PRINTER didn't come up.  My printer will not print from my laptop and I think this doc is hanging it up.

Thank you for joining HP Forums.}

I'll be glad to help you 🙂

I understand the Print Job is Stuck at the Print Queue and the steps with the print spool didn't help,

Is there a specific article you've followed to get the steps you've mentioned? did you manage to edit the services for print spooler?

If not, here're the details on a YouTube video for your reference as this should help your cause, for more steps: Click here
