This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you are getting C:\programfiles\hp\hpdeskjet3520series\bin\hpstatusbl.dll error message. I would like to help you resolve this issue.
However, I will need a few details to provide an accurate solution,
- Did you do any hardware or software changes on printer or computer?
- How is the printer connected to computer, USB or wireless?
Meanwhile:
- Open file explorer.
- Type %appdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup in the address bar and press enter.
- Delete the Monitor Ink Alerts shortcut of the Non-Existing printer.
- And error should not appear after this.
