I'm printing on a 5x7 cardstock wedding invitation.

On the Word screen and print preview, the wording is perfectly centered on the card.

When it prints on the DeskJet 3632, every single time, it shifts the whole invitation completely to the far left end of the invtiation.

How do I fix this alignment issue?

Thanks!

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

Congratulations!

Have you installed the FULL feature software?  If not, please do so:

The following resource will help you :

http://123.hp.com/us/en/

Key in your printer model, Operating System and download & install the FULL feature software.

If you have and still encountering the issue, would shifting the wordings (to the right) make any different in the final print?

We'd suggest that you use plain paper until you get it right so as not to waste precious invitation media.

Hope that helps!
