Operating System: Windows 8.1

My HP officejet 4500 wireless  All-in-One printer will not print.  The exclamation sign is blinking .  The message is "Ref to device documentation to troubleshoot.  Print cartridge problem.  Tri color"

I read your post about the error message you are seeing on your Officejet 4500, and wanted to reply to you with some troubleshooting to try! Smiley Happy

 

Click on this link and try the steps: 'Incorrect Print Cartridge' or 'Print Cartridge Problem' Message Displays on the Computer

 

If the issue happens to continue, give us a call to see what your printer options are!
