Hi,
Mac Address Filtering is a configuration within your router settings and not within the HP printer itself.
Contact your router or internet service provider to disable the Mac Filtering.
If you don't have a such configured and the printer still prompt for Mac Filtering, that may also happen due to unsupported security of your router.
If you use WEP security ensure its authentication type is set to Open or Auto, Shared authentication is not supported by HP printers and therefore it may happen..
The servie provider will be able to guide you further with the router configuration, be sure to provide the information above to set it propertly.
Shlomi
