Hello
Pending - There is currently an issue in printing the document (such as a paper jam, out of ink etc); review printer status online to see if there is an issue with the printer and troubleshoot that issue accordingly.
If I have solved your issue, please feel free to provide kudos and make sure you mark this thread as solution provided!

@sjsmart2,
Make sure:
- The printer is 'Connected' and 'Ready' at ePrintCenter.com.
- There is a sufficient amount of resources in the printer (ink and paper).
You can also try:
- Powering the printer off then on.
- Restore the network defaults of the printer and then running the wireless setup wizard again.
*NOTE- option 2 above is only if it is setup wirelessly on your network.
