dotted lines printing issues

I have some Visual VP reports which has some dotted lines in the report. When printing to HP Laser Jet 560dn it would take forever to print (maybe 45 seconds per page) If i would take off the dotted lines it would print regular speed. Or if i would change the line to a solid line there's also no issues but dotted lines will take forever and the output will be way too dark (not dotted)

Please check you model number as I am not familar with the model you list. If the print driver allows to reduce the quality of the print job (dpi settings) try reducing to see if that makes a difference.
