Compaq CQ58
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a Compaq C58-241SA and also a HP Desk Top 2650. Yesterday I tried to print off a long download document and while it printed off the first 10 pages (tried 3 times), it then reported an Error occured in Printing. I then ckecked my Devices and Printers and found that there was a problem with Compaq. I tried Trouble Shooting and got the message "Realtec PLCe Family controller is not working properly. I checked the Status Bars and got messages - Trouble Shooting required and Driver Error.

I tried Realtec and tried to download an Update but even though it appeared in my download bar, it would not run for me. What can I do

Michael

P.S. I am on Windows 10
