Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to install driver of the printer mentioned above to my laptop but I couldn't find it in the HP website HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads. I can see a message, which says "We were unable to retrieve the list of drivers for your product.  Please select the desired operating system and select “Update” to try again."

 

I am connected to a wireless.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

Can you download and install the FULL feature printer software from HP for your operating system:

 

http://support.hp.com/sg-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-deskjet-3050-all-in-one-printer-series-j610/40664...

Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.

I still cannot see the list of drives in the link you shared. I still see the message "We were unable to retrieve the list of drivers for your product.  Please select the desired operating system and select “Update” to try again." Please see the screenshot below

The issue is apparently "on your side" in the sense that we do not see the problem from our locations.   Rats.

 

Try:

 

  • Restart everything, including your router (network)
  • Different browser

 

and / or

 

Download the software:

DJ3050_J610_1315-1.exe (54.5 MB)
