Sorry, that is not an answer.  Following the instructions you gave gets me back to just 2 options:  Asking the community, i.e., HERE, where I can "Join a conversation and ask our EXPERTS (?)"; or paying for a phone call support.  Sorry, my PRINTER is working fine.  The problem is with HP's backend remote printing service hpconnected, not my printer.  

 

Sorry, I cannot click "Accept as solution", because this IS no solution.  It's a HP Employee, one of the "experts" I was supposed to find in the community which was the option given on your support page, just giving up and saying HP can't help you, it can't even answer a question about whether the HP Connected remote printing is still supported.  It's HP just not caring.
