But I can't get back to black or white. The only option is to press home or the return button which does not work to enlarge. Help

I'm Cricketscorer and I have the same problem but after set as default I can't get to home or return button and if I do it won't enlarge. Can anyone help?

Thanks for reaching out to the HP Suport Forums for assistance with your printer.

 

Looking at your two posts I can see that you are having an issue with navagating the copy menu on your printer to be able to enlarge a copy. I would like to help with that.

 

You added your inquiry to a post that mentions a couple different printer models. Could you please confirm what printer model you have? If you are unsure this support document can help - How Do I Find My Model or Printer Number?
