Hi dennis-4756,
Here is where you enter the code - HP Connected
Once you're done setting up your account, here is how you use e-print http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02882571
This link might also help with some extra how-to steps. http://www8.hp.com/ca/en/support-topics/mobile-printing/mobile-print-setup.html
If those don't help, you can call HP's eprint tech support department for more troubleshooting steps: 1-855-785-2777 8:00am - 11:00pm EST Monday to Friday. 10:00am to 6:30pm EST Saturday. U.S.: English
Cheers

Hi alecribco,
If you are an user in US/UK, you can access to following URL https://www.hpconnected.com/ then sign up or sign in to the web site.
Then click on the Device tab -> Click on + Add a Device. Then type in your claim code.
I hope this helps.
