Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Bought this simple printer to replace an old HP that did everything right.  Just wanted one to print envelopes.  Wasted many envelopes yesterday because it won't align and print correctly.  The addresse prints out at the middle top of the envelope; no return address printed on the left hand corner.  Use WPX8.  Envelopes print fine on the Ricoh MFC and the Brothers printer but can't get this one to print correctly.  Tried updating the driver to Windows 10 os but nothing works.  Called support and was told, there are no solutions for Word Perfect users.

Greetings @HP-RGK,

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.

I understand that you are unable to print correctly on envelopes. Don’t worry, I will be glad to assist you.

Are you able to print on regular paper fine?

Recommend you to check the paper settings to make sure the correct size of envelope is selected.

Please check the print preview as the printout is going to be like the way it looks in the print preview.

Please refer to this article to make sure you are loading the envelopes correctly.

For assistance in using the printer with Windows 10, please refer to this HP Article.

Let me know if this helped.

If the information I've provided was helpful,

Good Luck.
