Printer will copy in color but not print. A previous HP supporter said the gray scale printing option is enabled and gave instructions on how to open the printer properties dialog box. this window does not appear on my computer.. With my previous printer, I had that option. So I can't find the gray scale, so what's next?
Thanks

Appreciated for your feedback.
I highly recommend to remove the existing printer installation on your PC and dowload the latest HP printer software and install it on your Mac.
Here is the latest software for Mac

Hello,
Are you able to make a COLOR COPY ? If not it could be an issue with the cartridges.

Makes a great color copy. New cartridges. This printer worked fine for the first few months, not so well now. If your printing say 3 or 4 pages, in black and white, it will only print the first 2. But it use to print them all. I'm starting to think I need to return it. How would I go about that?
