I understand that you're a new HP ePrint user and forwarded an email with an attachment. But only the email cover page printed. Not worry, I'll do my best to help you.

I suggest you to refer to the steps mention in this link. These steps normally help in fixing any issues with the ePrint email jobs: HP Printers - HP ePrint Email Job Does Not Print
