hi all, 

 

i have 1 HP printer model HP officejet enterprise color flow MFP x585z. this printer connect to equitrac server. the connection between equitrac server and printer are success. can login normally. the problem is after login at printer, when i want retrieve my job it always searching and after a few minute error will prompt.

 

"45.00.37. error "failed sending network data " occurred while communicating with http://servername:2939/Public/DCE/HPOXPdContoller/SDR/index.html."

 

anyone have face issue like this? can someone guide me troubleshoot this issue..

Please check with equitrac admin, he/she will be abke to work this out for you. We use our Visa cards to logon, which process do you use ?
