Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I receive error Oxc19a0023. I have downloaded the software fix from HP. I have replaced all the cartrdiges with HP ink cartridges. I have followed the troubleshooting guide from HP and still am getting the error. I tried to contact warranty support and this is the response. The printer does not print. There are no providers anywhere near me. Thoughts?

The warranty status has been verified and our records have been updated.  

The warranty start date is 08/01/2016 & end date is 07/31/2017

Thank you for your reply but I have done all that and got the message I posted. I would like to know how to contact HP to replace my printhead but I am being sent in circles.  Even though "Adrian" the HP respondant states he updated my warranty when I go thru the form/exercise you send me to - it cannot find me in the system. Feeling helpless and frusterated.

 

I have downloaded the software update.

Replaced all the cartridges with HP Brand

Removed and reseated the printhead

turned it on/off from all anlges - wall, front switch, socket

 

Printer still gives the sme error and won't print.
